Please treat the chalet with the same care and respect as you would your own home.

1. Non-Smoking Chalet The entire chalet is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts only in the appropriate containers.

2. No Pets Out of consideration for future guests and those with allergies, pets are not permitted in the chalet.

3. Respect for the Neighbourhood Please be considerate of our neighbours and avoid unnecessary noise, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted.

4. Taking Care of the Chalet Please treat the chalet, its furnishings, furniture, appliances, and equipment with care. Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

5. Damage and Defects Should any damage or defects occur during your stay, please inform us immediately. Prompt notification allows us to resolve issues quickly and helps prevent further damage.

6. Departure Condition Before departure, please leave the chalet in a clean and tidy condition. Please ensure that: All dishes have been washed and put away. Waste has been separated and disposed of correctly. The refrigerator has been emptied. Any excessive dirt or spills have been cleaned up.

7. Waste Separation Please support our environmental efforts by separating your waste. Designated outdoor bins are provided for: General waste Paper Plastic Glass

8. Sauna and Hot Tub The sauna and hot tub are used at your own risk. Please follow the operating instructions provided and treat all facilities with care.

9. Open Flames For safety reasons, open fires, fireworks, and unattended candles are strictly prohibited.

10. Energy and Environmental Awareness Please help us conserve energy by: Switching off lights when leaving a room. Avoiding leaving windows tilted open for extended periods. Reducing the heating whenever windows are open.

11. Access Code and Security Access to the chalet is provided via an electronic keypad using your personal access code. Please observe the following:

Treat your access code as confidential and do not share it with third parties. The access code is intended exclusively for registered guests. Always ensure that the front door is securely locked when leaving the chalet. Before extended absences and upon departure, please check that all windows and doors are closed and locked. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from sharing the access code or failing to properly secure the property.

12. Departure On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by the agreed check-out time and ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked.
