1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Bergjuwel – Chalet on Turracher Höhe, operated by Zaiser Holding GmbH.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract 

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the operator.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply. Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified in the booking confirmation.

4. Arrival and Departure

Check-in and check-out times are communicated in the booking confirmation. Access to the chalet is provided via a personal access code.

5. Occupancy

Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation may stay at the chalet. Additional guests require prior approval.

6. House Rules

Guests agree to comply with the House Rules provided on the website and in the chalet.

7. Liability

Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.

8. Sauna and Hot Tub

The sauna and hot tub are used at the guest's own risk. Guests are responsible for following the operating instructions and using the facilities with due care.

9. Cancellation

The applicable cancellation policy is stated in the booking confirmation and forms an integral part of the accommodation agreement.

10. Force Majeure

The operator shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, official orders, or other force majeure events.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction shall be the competent court in Austria, to the extent permitted by law.
